For a Comprehensive Consultation, full history and face to face assessment we recommend you kindly contact “the Weight Loss Clinic” via email. [email protected] to make an appointment in person. This Full Comprehensive Consultation will cost $999. This appointment is in person and face to face. This appointment will include taking your vital signs and body measurements, and in consultation with you a lifestyle and management plan will be made.
This medical questionnaire is not comprehensive, and does not replace a full history, and physical examination. Further clinical, social, surgical and medical information may be necessary on follow up as part of a Full Assessment and Management Plan. Due diligence will be exercised for making a thorough assessment. We have a Duty of Care towards you therefore if we have any health concerns for your safety or health, we will formally write to your General Practitioner to advise them of our concerns and request formal follow up. Your personal details will remain confidential and not be disclosed to any third parties other than your General Practitioner. We are happy to refer you to other health care services with your consent. You have the right to view, change or delete this information on request.

Please note Saxenda (Liraglutide) is not funded in New Zealand by Pharmac for Weight Loss, and you would need to privately self-fund this medication if it was felt to be right for you. There are untested compounds circulating in the NZ market that have not been rigorously researched therefore we do not recommend any other weight loss medications other than Saxenda.
