Facial sculpting or contouring is a technique that gives the patient an oval- or V-shape face that is slimmer in profile. Our Skin Tightening Machine uses sound waves, ultrasounds, to offer skin tightening and rejuvenation. Because sound waves can penetrate deep into the skin, the machine can cause deep tissue tightening that was not possible in the past. It can treat not just the skin but the deep underlying support structure of the skin.
The effects of Botox® on your face can last up to 3-4 months after the initial treatment, but more sessions are required in order to maintain your youthful appearance. Once a few treatments have been completed, future sessions may only be needed once in 6 months as the effects will begin to last longer. Your doctor will advise you on initial and subsequent treatments if needed, as well as schedule an appointment 2 weeks after the initial treatment to gauge the progress made.
BOTOX® is a Prescription Medicine containing 100 units of clostridium botulinum Type A toxin complex for injection. It is used for the treatment of frown lines, crows feet and horizontal forehead lines. It should be administered only by trained medical professionals. Cautions: people with defective neuro-muscular transmission disorders, presence of infection at site of injection, glaucoma, pregnancy and lactation. Possible side effects include headaches, pain, burning or redness at injection site, local muscle weakness including drooping eye lids, lack of feeling & nausea.
