​Once you have booked an Online Consultation you will receive pre-consult forms to complete before arrival.

​Not all cosmetic treatment types have been allocated due to potential variation in time required to
complete larger or more complicated treatments.

By Booking, you agree to the following terms

  • ​A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be rebated off the treatment cost.
  • If you choose not to proceed with a treatment, the consultation fee is not transferable and non-refundable.
  • The booking time is fixed and cannot be transferred. Cancellations or changes will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Other T & Cs apply.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any appointments that have not been confirmed 24hrs prior to your booking time.
  • A late cancellation or non-attendance fee may apply.

All consultations and treatments are based at 10 St Marks Rd, Remuera, Auckland
with Dr Mark Morunga Medical Director & his team of experienced Registered Nurses, Dermal Therapists and Ancillary Healthcare Professionals.

Please note this does not confirm your booking. We will get in touch with you to confirm your appointment time.
