What’s in an Infusion?

Balanced IV fluids plus selected micronutrients (e.g., vitamin C, B-complex, magnesium) and, where suitable, antioxidants (e.g., glutathione) or amino acids. Final composition and doses depend on your clinical assessment and goals.

Safety & Standards

Possible Risks & Side Effects

Bruising at the cannula site, lightheadedness, taste changes during certain nutrients, vein irritation, transient headache or nausea, and — very rarely — allergic reactions or infection. Tell us immediately if you feel unwell during or after your infusion.

Who Is Not Suitable?

  • Significant kidney or heart disease, uncontrolled hypertension, severe anaemia
  • Known G6PD deficiency (for certain vitamin C protocols)
  • Active infection or fever (unless medically indicated and supervised)
  • Pregnancy/breastfeeding: we do not provide elective wellness infusions in pregnancy or while breastfeeding
  • Any condition where your clinician advises against IV therapy

After-care

Hydrate, avoid strenuous exercise for the rest of the day if you feel tired, and follow any personalised advice. Contact us if you develop concerning symptoms.
